V.E.S. Styles is a clothing brand manufactured in the beautiful twin island state of Trinidad and Tobago. We choose all our materials, silhouettes and colours with Caribbean people in mind. 

 

Fittings and Custom Measurements 

Clients can make an appointment to get their dress/clothing custom fitted/adjusted if their off-the-rack garment size is not fitting as expected. We provide free alterations for custom ordered wedding garments such as bridal and bridal party dresses to perfect fit. Special conditions may apply. This service may be prone to geographical restrictions. 

Return Policy

We accept returns only for items with verified manufacturing faults. Please note that this does not include issues caused by customer error, such as ordering the wrong size. Since our pieces are made to order and carefully inspected before shipping, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or changes in personal measurements. Please review your size carefully before ordering and use our size guide or contact us for assistance. However, we gladly offer adjustments or repairs for verified manufacturing faults at no additional cost.

Colours, Shades, and Textures
We make every effort to display our product colours as accurately as possible online. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and other factors beyond our control. As a result, the colour you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the item you receive.

Returns for colour-related concerns will only be accepted if the colour received is completely different from the one ordered. For example, if you order a pink dress and receive a blue dress.
